Dieting Non-sense
from: Harvey DobsonDieting Non-sense
I can really only speak for myself and think the way I think because, Im past the life expectancy chart and to my knowledge am as healthy as a 25 year old. Well, lets say 'most' 25 year olds. I have no known health issues to dispute that last statement.I dont think some balding, graying or wrinkles are health or diet issues, but probably related.
I think there are enough doctors going around in circles prescribing what the drug companies tell them to prescribe. Most doctors will tell you the truth, but turn around and prescribe some drug
recommendation. If your condition has deteriorated to the point that you put yourself in complete doctor's control - good luck
If you decide to re-gain your control, go back to what the doctor or this article will attempt to get thru to you - AGAIN!
Since theres not enough time or space here to re-build a complete case of
evidence that is as clear as being able to see the forest BECAUSE of the trees, the case and the verdict are in YOUR power.
Surely,You truly desire good health before it deteriorates to the pill level, or doctor's control, SO, etch these 3 words into your brain - The forest IS trees, and Good health IS
"FITNESS". Ok, 4 words.
