A food such as salmon is not low fat but is extremely good for you, so many consider salmon as healthy fat. Some foods, which are naturally low in carbohydrates, fat, and protein, include low-sugar fruit, low-starch vegetables, and many desserts using sugar substitutes instead of sugar. Under low fat low carb diet vegetables, you have sprouts such as alfalfa and beans; greens such as spinach and lettuce; hearty greens including kale, mustard greens, and collards; and herbs such as thyme, basil, and parsley. Under the low fat low carb diet fruits, berries such as cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries are great because they are high in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and fiber but low in fat and carbs.
Having the right balance of foods in a low fat low carb diet could make the difference between no weight loss and significant weight loss.
